Our youth program, Grow & Eat More Live Foods, is designed to inspire the next generation to make healthier choices by reconnecting them with the power of natural, plant-based nutrition. Through fun, hands-on learning, we teach children and teens how to grow their own foods, prepare simple live food meals, and understand the importance of prevention when it comes to long-term health.
We are honored to have been invited to be part of this powerful and impactful initiative in Toronto, Canada with the Food Security Fund, bringing our passion for wellness and live food education to youth both locally and nationally.
This project reflects our mission to empower young people with knowledge, skills, and confidence, by helping them build a healthier lifestyles that will ripple into their families and communities for generations to come.
